Cleanliness, the staff was very friendly. Love the fact that I was able to wash my clothes, and the pool.

This property is still under construction in every sense. Guests are charged for nearly everything—$1 for coffee and $3 for an old, rusted beach chair. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the mattress had visible stains. I also found ants crawling all over my bag, and when I reported it, the front desk asked if I had taken my bag to the beach—despite ants being visible on their walls as well. There appears to be little effort put into guest comfort, yet the pricing suggests otherwise.

Our stay was wonderful, the staff were amazing and ready to take care of us. The place in itself is very quiet and homey. If you’re looking to for an unbothered getaway then you’ve doing it right there at Punto Di Oro apartments.

Alles aanwezig voor een goed verblijf. Sommige kamers zijn een beetje verouderd. Zijn aan toe aan een renovatie wat ook mee bezig zijn.

BROKEN PATIO DOOR WITH SEVERAL CRACKS IN THE LEFT PATIO DOOR; NO ACCESS TO FOOD AND BOTTLED WATER; RIGHT PATIO DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSEAND LOCK SECURELY; FLAT SCREEN TV HAD NO BATTERIES AND THERE WAS NO VISIBLE MEANS TO TURN ON TV MANUALLY. AS ADVERTISED;. 3 DAYS DELAY IN ADDRESSING COMPLAINTS;.NEIGHBORING BARKING DOGS LATE NIGHTS AND EARLY MORINGS DISRUPTING MY SLEEP; AND IT WAS NOT SAFE TO WALK TO THE COMMUNITY STORE DUE TO STRAY DOGS AND NO SIDEWALKS

Rooms need more bright lights

I had an amazing stay at this property. My room was clean and well maintained. Loved having the pool as an amenity. Staff were all kind and easy to communicate with.

We loved punto di oro , very nice people and helpful, very close to beaches and grocery stores . We are going back

The people were amazing and super friendly !!! The room was very spacious and very comfortable. Just be prepared to rent a car or take a cab as it is away from the tourist area. Definitely recommend to stay here if you not interested in staying at resorts !!

Fint rum med nyrenoverat badrum, dock utan handduks krokar. Hyra bil är nästa en nödvändighet för beacherna ligger en bit bort. Poolen var ren och fin. Dom håller på att renovera stället som kan kännas lite störande.

The hotel was very nice. Nice people and nice rooms. The pool was also very nice and quiet. But the hotel was a little bit far from the city centre, so it is good to have a car or you have to take a cab.

Great location , walking distance to supermarket , restaurants and bars . You will need a taxi to get to the beaches or they provide car rentals .Rooms were clean and spacious. Great wifi signal . Pool was clean and shared properly. Staff was amazing . Helped with anything i needed . Will be returning. Thanks ponto di oro 👌
