真是个舒适温馨的好地方。员工也很友善。我续住了一晚，还被免费升级到了一间非常棒的房间。下次来泰国，我肯定还会选择这家酒店。

早餐不错，位置优越，游泳池不错，工作人员友好

Upon arriving at the hotel at 01.00 AM, I checked-in to a room completely different from what was promised (poor picture was what I got, vs. the nice pictures from their listing and what was promised). They kept saying that it was the same room type and were not very hospitable. Having to deal with this at 2 AM, I ended up upgrading my room for an extra 1000 baht for 2 nights for a better room. In the morning, someone also mistakenly entered the room without warning, which was shocking. On top of that, during the stay, they mistakenly sent food to our room twice even though we did not order anything. Having to stay here for one more night today, checking out tomorrow. Would not recommend.

Rooms were great, facility and amenities wise it was nice too. Though you can sense that this building is an old one, that its best days are gone. But location wise, facility, rooms - all was fine. The front desk could be a bit more courteous and communicative, though I think it's more a culture difference and language discrepancy.
