It's my regular staying hotel when I travel to Kuala Lumpur, it's a good and clean hotel, the staff is also friendly. Highly recommended.

Proses check in-chekout out cepat, resepsionis ramah, kamar besih dan peralatan di kamar lengkap. Ac sangat dingin. Overall sangat bagus dan pantas dapat ganjaran. 4 bintang.

We arrived at this hotel around 11pm, but there was no receptionist or staff at the counter and they even let the hotel unattended with unlocked door! We waited for almost an hour and still no staff available! I tried calling the hotel number but no response. Then I called CS to ask for help if they can do anything. After 1 hour plus the staff came back and giving excuses that she went out to get some food. We have wasted our time and energy waiting to check in for freaking almost 2 hours, it was late night we just came from airport and need to catch bus at TBS the next morning. What annoyed me the most is the staff said she just started her working shift and didn't have time to buy food, looking not guilty. Is that customer's problem till we have to wait longer just to check in? First and last time staying here, won't ever come again.

Staff not helping. We arrive but the hotel still in the process cleaning although we already late to check in. And after complaint the comforter because of dirty they just ignore.
