住在这里很舒服，靠近武吉免登和阿罗街，酒店很安静，武吉锡兰的环境凉爽而不吵闹，工作人员很友好，房间很舒适，床垫很软，而且很干净。

房间虽然不大，但很干净，维护得很好，员工也很友好。地理位置也相当中心，步行到中央商务区也很方便。价格实惠，推荐！

Stay for 4 nights. Bathroom is nice. Aircon great (this is important!)

The air conditioner was not functioning well, it 's not cold and closed itself twice in an hour, we asked help from the staff to check and change room, but was told that it 's full house and can provide stand fan. But it 's really too hot (we didn't ask for fan) so we check out to another hotel, but it 's not refundable due to online booking and also car park ticket of RM20. The staff was not really friendly and helpful, as this was the hotel problem, we request for half refund also can't, and there is no restaurant/facility within the hotel, but it 's walking distance to jalan alor so you can find a lot of food, overall is not a good place to stay.

I thought this is 4 stars hotel, but more like 3 stars or budget hotel, facilities is complete only minus minibar / chiller doesn't work (not even cold) already call the staff but they didn't even try to fix it. Staff not friendly at all. I stayed for 2 nights and asked for clean the room but my towel still same didn't got new towel in the 2nd day.

I booked a room that day, but I checked out without staying overnight. The hotel hallway was dark, there was no light in front of the room, and the room is in the back (building B). The light in the room also. Kept flashing. I requested the receptionist to change me the room in building A, but the hallway was still dark, so I just checked out.

Love the decoration of the room. There 's a musty smell came from the carpet. Toilet has a weird smell too when it 's closed. No room slippers provided.

It was a nice experience to stay at this hotel. The room is clean, cozy, comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm. This hotel location is in the middle of Kuala Lumpur Tower, Petaling Street, Jalan Alor, Pavilion Bukit Tinggi. All locations are only 10-15 minutes walk (1 km) from the hotel. It is safe to walk in this street despite the lighting being less proper than others. Recommended and will stay at this hotel again.

It was OK, just wished the towels were cleaner and the mini fridge was cold enough to store drinks.

Bad ventilation and musty smell.

Posisi kamar kemarin kurang bagus, dapat di bagian menghadap belakang hotel dan paling ujung serta lantai bawah. Akan lebih menyenangkan jika mendapat yang menghadap jalan dan di lantai atas. Letak hotel lumayan dekat dengan Jalan Alor.

Location is great it 's inside the bubble but without the premium rates. The rooms are big, modern, you can open the door and breath the fresh air. Aircon and bathroom excellent. A great grounded location on a green leafy street. Flag a taxi if you don't want the short walk to the centre.

Staff ramah. Hotel dari luar biasa saja. Tapi kamarnya bagus. Konsep agak berbeda dari hotel biasanya. Dari balkon terdengar suara burung berkicau di pagi hari. Agak jauh dari Bukit Bintang. Jalan kaki sekitar 15-20 menit.

I love to stay here because the room is so spacious, the shower is so god, and the price is affordable. The location is strategic, there is minimart and cafe near hotel. It is not that close to bukit bintang, but you can still walk to go there if you want.

Reseptionist ramah sekali, kamar bagus, bersih, AC dingin. Lokasi strategis juga. Namun jalan kaki sekitar 20 menit ke Pavillion Bukit Bintang. Overall semua bagus. Next time saya akan menginap di sini lagi.

Love the hotel! The only thing need to be improved is the parking, it 's limited and the fee was quite expensive. Maybe the hotel could consider lessen it? Thanks!

Kamarnya bersih, cukup luas. Enak, nyaman. Cuma AC nya gak dingin, fan di kamar mandi ga nyala jadi berasa panas dan pengap. Lainnya ga ada keluhan. Mau ke Bukit Tinggi jalan kaki masih oke kok, ga terlalu jauh.

Hotelnya bersih, nyaman dan menyenangkan.

Nice hotel for staycation and short trip but couple of short fall can be improved. Pros.-Very strategic location, you can enjoy the convenience of KLCC, pavilion and attractions surrounded by the hotel, near enough to arrive within 10mins if smooth traffic condition.-Urban styles room, very neat with well planned room spaces with good quality appliances were provided.-Toilet is clean, bottled shampoo and basic gromming kit is provided.-Ground floor parking, walk of your car and hotel door is just right next to you. Cons.-Hot water piping is rusty, once you turn hot tap water, the muddy & yellowish water washed out.- Super limited parking, only 10 cars will fits their parking tightly and valets still charge you RM20 for “park at your own risk” parking space, take this into your consideration if you're driving suv's or larger mpv, my last parking was opposite of the hotel property and it's under the tree. 8 out of 10 in such a great location. Still recommended if you're travel by walking or public commuters.
