The hotel is closed and therefore didn’t honour my booking and I am unable to contact anyone from Expedia to get a refund. I am owed £213 for the booking but there is no way of contacting anyone.

This guesthouse would have a huge potential with minor improvements. Now there were some issues that need addressing. The location is good in Polana with a nice neighbourhood and plenty of restaurants and shopping around. The distance to the Independence Square is a bit over 2 km. The Museum of National History was about 700 m away. The street next to the museum had the terminus of several bus lines (the name shown on the buses was simply Museu). The room was nice and quiet and it had a good aircon. The WiFi signal was a bit on the weak side in my room, my phone lost the connection every now and then. However a number of seemingly small issues had a big negative effect. No toilet paper or shampoo were provided and even the soap was almost finished. Luckily there was a minimarket very close for buying toilet paper. The staff didn't speak English. The man who was mostly at the front desk didn't even bother to respond to my greetings which I made in English when passing by. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7 AM. The only day I had breakfast it wasn't ready until 7:40. It was also minimal, consisting of a bread roll, a toast and a fruit.

L’établissement a été correct, propre et organisé. Le petit-déjeuner correct, avec une bonne omelette et café plutôt correct. Au plein centre, mais la vue de chambres pas génial. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
