We had to dismantle and unblock the shower head before having a shower and there was no hot water. But the staff were lovely and the breakfast was generous and we really enjoyed being able to have a hot drink in the evening for a very good price. It was good being near the town centre and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made up for any inconveniences.
