服務人員很好很親切，房間設備也不錯，唯一不方便的是浴室排水不良，洗澡後都會淹水，洗澡水也不熱是比較可惜的。

很舒服的環境，衛浴設備極佳，枕頭床墊舒適，若是燈光明亮一些會更好。

地點在熱鬧街道的後方，不算很吵（耳塞沒用上），走路一分鐘就有7-11，非常方便。 提供的設備非常齊全，床鋪軟硬適中，裝潢氣氛讓人放鬆，服務人員都親切且面帶笑容，十分樂意幫忙解決問題。喜歡乳液的薑汁香茅氣味。 我們住的四人房廁所鏡子後面不時會漏水，沒辦法立刻修理，於是用毛巾墊著，不然地板會濕大半。 建議請服務人員天天噴驅蟲藥，否則房間蚊蟲會多到睡不著覺。

離塔佩門很近，步行約7分鐘。飯店位處巷子內，很安靜，走出去就有很多BAR可以坐。位置超級理想。但就淋浴的水壓太少熱水不穩定水量小這個問題而已。

Very clean and quiet. Good location. Easy access to everywhere. Most are walking distance. Good value of money. Will come back again.

The two female staff members that helped me were Rose and Rin. They were both so friendly and helpful. They made my stay an amazing experience with their kind Thai smiles and warm-hearted service. I look forward to seeing them again during my next trip to Chiangmai.

Lots of mosquitoes flying around the hotel and we got bitten while sleeping .There was construction noise around the area but beyond the control of the hotel. Overall very kind staff and they are super helpful. Location was very convenient.

Très très bel hôtel , emplacement parfait pour tout faire à pied . Et au calme , mais juste à côté d’un super endroit avec bars et plein de petit restaurant sur le pouce , Chambre très spacieuse . Nous n’avons pas eut le temps de tester la piscine. Juste la pression de l’eau était un peu poussive .

룸도청결하고, 무엇보다도 직원들 모두 친절해서 좋았습니다. 아담한 모텔같은 유형인데 답답하지 않았는데, 주변이 펍이 뜨거운물 수압니 좀 낮아서 불편했지만 씻는제 문제 없었습니다. 있다보니 새벽에 좀 시끄러운것빼고는 위치나 모든것에 만족했습니다. 올드타운에 묵는대면 다시 방문의사 있습니다.

The hotel is clean, bed is comfortable, wifi works well and a/c works well. The best part is how kind and helpful the staff are, especially Rose. They always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to make you happy

Une petite structure avec des équipements modernes (wc japonais). Pensez-vous juste à demander à faire votre chambre, sinon ce n'est pas fait automatiquement.

Loved it will be back

Tout était parfait! On se sent comme a la maison, chambre propor confortable et la psicine et le petit jardin sont très relaxants. Ideal dans le centre ville près de tout à pied.

After having been in Hanoi, M5 Hotel was like going to an oasis! Quiet & conveniently located! The staff was very accommodating. If we had to pick something to improve upon it would be the lighting in the bathroom & more hooks in the rooms to hang towels on:) There was no breakfast service & the coffee & hot water machine in the pool area was not working properly. But just 14 steps from the hotel is a very quaint coffee shop called “Sunday” something. They served breakfast & brunch/lunch food that was delicious! And just slightly further down an adjacent alley was an “evening street food court” called Lanaza Square with live music some nights & also very delicious. There were also many other restaurant choices nearby & tour attraction offices. We highly recommend doing an elephant sanctuary. We had not planned to do one but very glad afterwards that we did. The temple at the top of the mountain with the huge dragon staircase was worth doing as well. We also did an all day excursion to the white, blue & red temples…also enjoyable.

Staff is very friendly. Room was adequate for the price. It's provided with everything you need. I would return and i would recommend to a friend.
