The room was nice great view and the location was excellent

My reservation was canceled without my knowledge. I showed up to the hotel and was told that since I used a third party they did not know there were no rooms available but let me book it anyways. Very upset being told at check-in that my room was canceled and had to go elsewhere. You need to figure out why your systems does not talk better with the hotel system in knowing if there are rooms or not.

They dont come clean the rooms. We stayed 3 nights and they never came once to empty garbages, make beds, or restock. The AC was out in the gym so it was 83 in the basement gym.

Friendly staff at check in. Room clean, adequate. Felt safe while in the hotel, but lots of unhoused individuals in the blocks surrounding the hotel and saw police presence regarding an apparent drug user right outside the hotel.

Wry comfortable and clean. Breakfast could be better.

Large room. Comfortable beds. Great view. Room could get warm even with A/C set at 65. Only complaint would be parking is valet only.. $32 a day plus tipping. Easy walk to BOK Center. Would stay here again.

Located in a perfect area of downtown Tulsa. From the valet to the front desk staff, everyone was very professional and consistently ready to assist me throughout my stay.

The parking situation is pretty terrible- pay $28 for valet, $18 for a garage spot across the street, or park on the street amongst the army of roaming homeless people. There was also a rotten apple offered at the breakfast buffet. I took a picture of it then threw it away. Not an ideal stay for my family and I for a night while we pass through town.

Staff is ok, not overly friendly.

No bartender for two days, so no happy hour.

Previous to this stay we stayed at a VERY expensive lakeside property that was noisy, hot, dusty carpet with no housekeeping and a leaking toilet that had to be fixed. This stay was a lot more relaxing and friendlier than that. We appreciated the cleanliness with no issues at all and the front desk was lovely. Our child loved the pull out couch bed as well. The shower had super hot water with full sized hair products, lots of clean smelling / extra plush towels and there was a nice city view.
