The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage to my room.

Check-in/ check-out was easy. Staff were very helpful and sat down with me to discuss suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area…which was helpful. Location was 3 blocks from the train station which brought us directly to Catania airport in an hour. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the bridge crossing into Ortegia.

Had a warm welcome at arrival, with lots of useful information from passionate hosts. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped with big bathrooms and great inviting showers. Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out! Ortiga was beautiful, great food, lots to see and do.

The room was very clean and modern, the bed was super confortable. The host was very nice and helpful. Overall great stay. The only downside of this B&B is the parking is not guaranteed and fairly hard to get.

Beautiful property in a busy (but quiet) area. We only stayed one night but the host was very kind, welcoming and personable. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! All the best foods are in Ortigia, which is a 15-20 min walk from the property.

初めてのシラクーザでここに宿泊しました。3泊しましたが、とても快適でした。オルティジア島にしか興味がない人にはおすすめしませんが、シラクーザの色んな場所を見て回りたい、街歩きの好きな人にはおすすめです。駅からもバスターミナルからも徒歩3〜4分でした。 スタッフはとにかく親切で、明るくて、友だちになりたくなります。

This place was a welcome refuge in the heat of Syracuse. Such a comfortable bed, fantastic air conditioning and an amazing waterfall shower. Very close to the central bus and train stations. Equidistant from the beautiful Ortigia and the archeological park. Staff were really friendly and responsive.

Stefania and Veronica were fabulous! They made the start pleasant. Great location, private, new and very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a very comfortable stay, room was spacious, clean and had all the convenience we needed. Stefania was fantastic! She reached out ahead of time to prepare for our arrival and was ready and waiting during check out! The neighborhood and building appeared a bit rough but we felt very safe walking to and from city center. One thing to note, the hotel is on the 2nd floor and there’s no elevator.
