Everything was perfect

Great parking. Small ski rental shop on premises. Employees easy to deal with when around. Wifi was terrible. Pool spa area and locker room smelled and seemed unclean. Gym has very old equipment

So I did not get to stay at Predela Lux although my friends did. I had a seperate reservation for a 2 bedroom villa and when we arrived they said my reservation was cancelled, when I showed them my confirmation they gave me an apartment in Predela 2 which was terrible. On top of staying in this much worse place for 3 days they tried to charge me the same amount, then offered free breakfast when I complained, finally reiumbursed me a very small amount after I kept pushing. so although the predela lux apartments look good the management is terrible, any problems you have and they will not care
