Lovely location , you have access to beautiful grounds , chateau and all the Heritage hotels facilities ( do use them ! ) . Lovely gardens to walk around, also used the spa in the Telfair. The only small note I would make the breakfast could be more varied as it is very simple, but the rest of the access makes up for it .

We can highly recommend staying here for a few nights. The staff was wonderful and always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day for our stay. It’s a real bonus, that you can use the beach from the heritage hotels free of charge. Everything went smoothly. We would stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful jungle like lication of small property in the grounds of a stunning Chateau , that edges the Heritage golf course. The room was huge, with a comfortable bed and lush pillows. Bathroom lovely, huge shower. We took a walk around the grounds of the chateau, which was so swrene and beautiful. There was a member of staff from the hotel, who was making fishing rods from bamboo. He gave one to. Restaurant on site, mid range pricee and food. Staff lovely. Look out for the giant snails with the pretty shells and the frogs on the little paths at night! A magical place. Beautiful onsite pool too. Ample free parki g. We would stay again. Beautiful service and fab A/C in room too.me and zi caught a huge fish!.

Tout était parfait ! Les employés étaient vraiment trop gentils, nous avons manqué de rien, et vraiment bien d’avoir accès aux autres hôtels du groupe Héritage !

Fantastic value in Bel Ombre. Simple rooms, but comfortable. Great value half board. Free access to a walkable beach club and 2 5* resorts. Lovely people.

We had a great time and Enjoyed the Room, the Beach and the breakfast. Breakfast could be Improved a Little with small changes. Rooms are very clean and nice. Restaurant situation difficult and very expensive for the quality one Receives. If you want to enjoy the restaurants of the resort, you Need to Book in advance. Otherwise there only a few restaurants within a 20 Minute drive.

Wonderful service in simple but comfortable accommodations. The half board option is excellent value, particularly when the free access to two luxury resort hotels and a beach club within easy walking distance is considered.

Die Unterkunft war irgendwie etwas Besonderes und hatte einen tollen Charme. Sie ist in einer tollen Umgebung und man ist von der Natur umgeben. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Toll war, dass man wirklich den Strand und die Pools der 5*-Heritage-Anlagen mitbenutzen kann. Man kann sogar den Verzehr auf das Zimmer anschreiben lassen und muss die Anlage für den Weg dorthin nicht verlassen. Ein wichtiger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die gesamte Anlage ist nicht barrierefrei. Es wäre schön, wenn zumindest die schmalen Wege geteert oder gepflastert wären, damit man die Koffer nicht komplett, sondern nur an den Treppen, zum Zimmer tragen muss.

Déjà retirez la question sur la dispo d'un siège enfant. Cadre le l'hôtel magnifique et très bien entretenu. Parc et chateau accessibles aux résidents très appréciable. Il faut conserver cette mémoire historique face à la grosse urbanisation subie par l'île Maurice que nous connaissont depuis +40 ans. Accueil efficace et cordial. Petit déjeuner à améliorer ainsi que le service. Peu de choix, café médiocre. Possibilité d'accès aux autres établissements du groupe Héritage comme le Beach Club non communiquée à notre arrivée. Dommage. Eclairage intense du parc la nuit qui ne correspond pas avec la neutralité carbonne affichée à l'entrée. Nous suggérons une réduction de celui-ci. Nous recommandons cette établissement.
