Well after what was described by a manager, over the phone, as a glitch (apparently how one describes being offered a particular room at a price, accepting it and paying for it and then being shown a different room), the correct accomm or near to it was provided. This little black duck was not going to give in on that one, so I dug in and insisted that the orig. contract was fulfilled. Having to endure a speech (twice) about how lucky I was to get such a lovely room at such a low price, was a bit "rich". As it turned out I was the only guest in the place for the last 3 of a four day stay. That was nice but I think it meant that the table-busting mountains of breakfast shown in photos (included in price), did not eventuate. Breakfast was therefore...meh. The on-site staff were helpful.
