Bathrooms were very dirty. Sink was leaking. Bed were dirty.

Walking distance to temple for all Darshan. Good restaurant, tasty gujarati food also.

We stayed here for the first time mostly due to location as it’s very close to the temple. It turned out to be a great overall experience due to cleanliness of the place, huge rooms, friendly staff and good food. We will definitely go back there.

A beautiful location and building, and very close to the Temple. The staff, especially in the restaurant were very friendly and willing to "go the extra mile" to see to our every need.

The Bathroom shower area needs to have a curtain or bifurcation to block water getting into the sink & toilet area. Very inconvenient when entire bathroom floor is wet. Need to provide Body lotion

I had a great time at the property. I visited with my family for Srinathji Darsha. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, loves the lobby music, restaurant on premise, and walkable to market and temple. I would go again.

Menorah food court service was the best amongst all.

Fantastic location and great service from Durga in the main restaurant. Rooms and bathrooms require a little refurb.

property is in perfect location for darshan. BE CAREFUL THEY DONT TAKE FOREIGN CREDIT CARDS EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE ON EXPEDIA . DONT BOOK UNLESS YOU HAVE INDIAN CREDIT CARD ROOM TV WAS BROKEN, SAFE DIDNT WORK, SHOWER WAS NOT WORKING

Place was good , but there was no service and tv was not working and we requested few times but it’s was not heard .. so was disappointed. Please look into this . Over all place is very nice but lack of man power lack of communication and lack of people who can fix the service

The hotel needs update and maintenance

Clean and professional. Very close to temple and smack in market.

Overall we had a good stay. Firstly the building is stunning and honestly a treat to explore. Staff are helpful and friendly and extremely hardworking. Breakfast was really good with a fantastic selection of foods. There are however teething issues with it being a new hotel (it opened less than 8 weeks ago!), e.g. there are safes in the rooms but you can’t use them yet as not set up, no WiFi information is provided in the rooms and wasn’t offered at check in and our kettle was left on by the cleaners (without any water) and so began to spark and them blew a fuse. I think this has the potential to be a wonderful hotel experience, especially because it’s location is so good.
