Highly affordable place and employees try to maintain general cleanliness alright. A fellow guest in another room was unlucky enough to get bed bugs. She was allergic to the bites and had to go to the clinic. Mosquitos were causing a few bites every day, and I figured they probably got into my room during the room service hours when staff opened doors to dry the mobbed floor. Being in a tropical climate, maybe the management should consider regular pest control measures.

NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY - BEDBUGS!! I arrived here later in the evening & the security was already unfriendly. He gave me the key to my room & I relaxed 30 min after the long day till I saw a bedbug on my bed. I got up and asked to change the room, which was done right away. No apologies whatsoever. I moved into the new room and checked all mattresses & pillows and found the most disgusting infested pillow in my life. When I asked to get a new one he was annoyed by it, but gave me one in the end. That one smelled like it has been used before & not washed. I looked right away for new accomodations, but it was too late at night already! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Friendly staff, great location, good value for price. Noisier at night but not surprising given location, it doesnt inpact the experience.

Do not stay here if you wish to spend quiet night since you will be woke up by people speaking at 5:30 in the morning and same late in the evening. Overall it was a good value

Don’t expect the hotel to be like the pictures. It’s grotty

Small, grimy room. Dirty, stained mattress with a threadbare sheet that kept falling off. No hot water. Wifi only near office. Common kitchen that was monopolized by and not cleaned by other guests. Lots of mold in the bathroom and shower.. No reason to stay here.

(1) Les lieux sont malpropres, surtout les cuisines. Il n'y a pas de bac pour les déchets organiques. Ils pourrissent dans les poubelles et attirent les coquerelles. De plus, ce n'est pas écologique. (2) Le signal wi-fi n'atteignait pas ma chambre. J'ai dû m'asseoir devant la réception afin d'utiliser l'internet. (3) Mon chauffe-eau était brisé et n'a pas pu être réparé. (4) Contrairement à la description, la réception était fermée le samedi et dimanche. (5) Il y a des gens qui fument sur le terrain. (6) J'ai envoyé des messages à l'établissement par Facebook Messenger comme indiqué sur la fenêtre de la réception mais je n'ai pas reçu de réponse.

The price was right. It's quite and got good rest. The community kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom could be cleaner. But it's not the Hilton. Very convenient area you can find much of what you need.

Pillows were moldy, pillow cases dirty. The towels were thread- bareThe website photos were beautiful BUT nothing like whatTropicana was in real life. The shower & toilet were unhygienic. We were a group of 8 people & we all refused to lay on the beds; neither did we stay the night - we were concerned for our health.

The price reflects that this is a very basic property. In the communal kitchen, the toaster didn’t work and the grill was very hard to operate. The large fridge wasn’t clean. The mattress was uncomfortable because the springs could be clearly felt. The shower with hot water was good. Lovely, friendly staff.
