Clean and comfortable, air conditioning was not great in our room. Didn’t realize it was dog friendly hotel. I did not mind, but it messed with husbands allergies, so not sure we will return. We saw several people with dogs.

I really enjoyed the family games, pool table, and swimming pool they offered. The atmosphere was vibrant with great colors, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially during breakfast. It made for a wonderful experience!

This was the first time I have stayed at a TRU hotel by Hilton. The staff was friendly. I didn't care for the rooms. No dressers or closets made it inconvenient living out of a suitcase for 5 days. The breakfast items didn't meet the normal Hilton standards that I'm use to. I really didn't care for lack of tea/coffee in rooms. Seems that you are nickeled and dimed for items forgotten. Will forego staying at a TRU in the future.

New hotel good location.

it is right off major highway so it is convenient to stay a night rest here. Staff are great. very helpful. The property is a little run down. It smells of cigarett in most of the place. However it is fairly clean everywhere.

A great place to stay for families . The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast!

Liked the location from an access to Monroe standpoint. Sometimes the place really had an odor.

Convenient and clean

When we arrived a hour or more after check in the room was not ready. We were told the hotel was fully booked the night before and the night we were staying. So we went out to dinner to kill time. When we returned they had a room ready. Unfortunately the room reeked of pot. I contacted the desk and was told they had no other rooms.

Strong odor throughout the lobby. Smell hit you as soon as front door opened. Bathroom

Room was great, lobby was good. Pool was very cold. Did not feel heated

Stay on 6-12 check in should have been at 3 older lady at desk was very rude and not helpful. Room wasn’t ready came back twice and still not ready . Came back at 5 and was ready but still same lady rude . Another lady came and then everything went better

Room was hot and took forever for the ac to cool the room.

Love Tru, but had a little cleanliness issue with the room.

Staff was friendly. Liked the pool table and pool. It was clean. Close to the lake. Rooms were a little small, thats my only complaint

Freindly ,clean, comfortable quiet

Everyone was very welcoming. Loved the little goody bag and white board with restaurant suggestions and things to do! Very helpful. The room was super clean and comfortable too!

Staff was very friendly and place was very clean.

The property was fairly new and clean and very close location to Sterling state park... We were there on a fishing trip. So we were able to park the boat close to the hotel and able to charge the batteries from a outside outlet... Great hotel if you are there in the area to fish.
