Que hotel lindo! Hotel Boutique, com design excepcional. Tudo projetado com muito capricho, nos mínimos detalhes. Café da manhã excelente, dos melhores já experimentados. Equipe muito gentil e prestativa. Recomendo muito.

Very cool rooms with TV in the mirror. The hotel is located very close to Bolhão Market and metro station and the main shopping street Via Caterina. The pool and spa are amazing after a busy day of sightseeing.

I recommend this hotel and found it deserved a five-star rating. This hotel is centrally located near Rua de Santa Catarina. The hotel itself is quite new, modern and stylish. From check-in to check-out all the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Most staff spoke some English. At check-in we were given flyers for day trips and tours. The breakfast buffet was good and we also had food and drinks at the bar and everything was very well prepared. The housekeeping was thorough and done well every day. Our room had a Nespresso machine, and a mini-bar with water, soft drinks and juice. Overall, this hotel surpassed my expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Très bon accueil, le personnel est génial, la propreté de l’hôtel est parfaite, le Room service parfait également. Concernant les équipements dans la chambre, la télé ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Il manquait seulement des gobelet dans la chambre

Amenities and the rooms were great! We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Check-in was not very smooth. The staff should check reservations before speaking, there was some confusion with our booking, it all worked out but added unnecessary stress during check in. They told us we did not book the right amount of rooms when we indeed did.

Tudo no geral esteve excelente. Os funcionários todos excelentes e muito prestáveis. A comida no pequeno almoço foi ótima, a localização do hotel é muito boa, por não falar de que a estética e design do próprio hotel está muito bem conseguida. Vou voltar e recomendar.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, though there were a few areas that could be improved. • Service: There was an issue with the plug in my room, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by the staff. • Facilities: The pool and sauna were highlights of my stay. The pool area was a lovely space to relax and unwind, and the sauna added a nice touch to the overall experience. • Amenities: One downside was the lack of hair conditioner in the room. I was surprised to learn that management doesn’t provide this at all, which felt unusual and inconvenient, especially for a hotel of this standard. I had to purchase my own during the stay. • Room: The room itself was comfortable, but the lighting was quite dim. This made getting ready—particularly doing makeup—a bit challenging. Brighter or adjustable lighting would make a big difference. • Late Check‑Out: I appreciated that the hotel accommodated my request for a late check‑out. However, the fee charged was almost the same as the nightly rate, which felt excessive and diminished the goodwill of the gesture. • Location: The hotel’s location was excellent—right in the town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area. Overall: A good stay with excellent facilities, a great location, and responsive staff, but small details like room lighting, basic amenities (such as conditioner), and more reasonable late check‑out pricing would make the experienc

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un séjour absolument parfait à Porto Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement merveilleux. La chambre était magnifique, impeccablement propre et très confortable. La télévision intégrée au miroir avec mon nom affiché m’a fait sentir comme une véritable vedette — une attention vraiment unique et mémorable ! J’avais choisi une chambre avec l’espace balcon, et c’était un vrai coup de cœur. Le soir, le balcon illuminé offrait une ambiance magique, presque irréelle. Tout était beau, calme et parfaitement entretenu, comme dans un rêve. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de la ville. J’ai pu visiter Porto facilement à pied, ce qui est un énorme avantage. Le personnel était toujours respectueux, souriant et attentionné. J’ai soupé une fois au restaurant de l’hôtel et la nourriture était excellente. J’ai aussi profité de la piscine, très belle et d’une propreté irréprochable. Bref, tout était parfait du début à la fin. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation. Si je retourne à Porto, je choisirai à nouveau cet établissement — et assurément une chambre avec balcon !
