Noise from hockey team went on past midnight. Front desk wasn’t answering their phone when I called for help with the noise levels.

Great accommodation

no hot water in shower. walked through smoke at front door ( has been brought up before ) and checking in. line up of people to check in and admin staff came out and walked past us. i thought i was at a bank. you have lost my business

Clean and friendly

We got to Kingston. It was a new hotel Holiday Inn. Very very nice. The rooms are very spacious beautiful part of town very quiet five stars across the board. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was five stars as well was very full when I left.

Loud snow plowing in parking lot until 3 am, terrible breakfast not even edible. Breakfast staff also terrible
