Refrigerador malo, habitación cara para lo que ofrece y sumándole a que se supone es una suit presidencial, atención y desayuno bueno pero llame en la noche a recepción en 3 ocasiones para una duda y no obtuve respuesta. Tomas de corriente, sillones, ventanas, televisores y otros menajes de habitación se ven viejos y descuidados sin mencionar el elevador que esta viejo y huele a óxido.

La habitación muy bien, el personal amable, los servicios y la seguridad excelente.

La habitacion olia mal!! Se nota que le dan poco mantenimiento!! A parte las cortinas de las ventanss no cubrian todo por lo que dejan pasar mucha luz desde muy temprano y uno quiere mas privacisad para dormir!!

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Across the street from the hotel there are plenty of places to eat and a supermarket.

being on a quiet area it did not disappoint at all, bus in front of the hotel drops you off in the Centro and nearby Picacho park. Pharmacy, cafés, pizzeria, others right across the street.

This hotel needs so SERIOUS REMODELING. PICTURE ONLINE ARE NOT THE ACTUAL CONDITIONS OF THE HOTEL AT PRESENT. THIS HAPPEN OFTEN WITH YOUR SITE . FIX IT!! A REFUND WOULD BE APPRECIATED?? PAUL

The property is outdated. Dark hallways, no music or TV on any area even while eating breakfast. The elevator doesn’t work so you have to carry your luggage up your room on the third floor. We felt as if we were the only people staying there
