Great room, great service.

Beautiful boutique hotel and my suite was lovely and well appointed. Precisely the respite I needed after 260 miles on the Camino. The staff were helpful and friendly and even the breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again.

Easy to find, but hotel has a small marquee so easy to overlook. Entrance to public parking garage is directly across the street. Easy walk into town.

Very personable staff in a great location. The room on the third floor with a balcony made our stay particularly memorable. The building restoration and details in the decor also set it apart. Parking is worth investigating in advance as it is in a parade with tricky entrance.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, en una calle céntrica y peatonal en la que no hay ruidos. Muy cerca del hotel hay muchas cafeterías, bares, tiendas de ropa de diferentes marcas, farmacias. Es un paseo muy agradable desde el hotel a la catedral. Ideal para disfrutar del tapeo de León y no estar en pleno bullicio del centro.

Very charming and beautiful hotel close to the train station as well as the piqturesque town center

This is a lovely hotel, in a beautiful, convenient location. We had a room on the street side, and it was a bit noisy all night. The room was great, otherwise. We had a little trouble getting in - there isn't an open lobby, and you had to ring the bell at the door to get in. Obvious to some, but not us!

Great location between the train station and the old town centre. Newly refurbished with comfortable rooms. Could have been more informative at check-in about having to book breakfast the night before.

Had to find a night’s accommodation in Leon before an early train. The Colonial Palce was 10 minutes walk from the station, took my bags at 10am and put them in my room when available, checked me in then and when I got back at 7pm couldn’t be more helpful. I have poor Spanish but Eva had excellent English and was very clear about how to get out of the hotel early the next morning. This is a boutique hotel, with anbout 12 big rooms, and deserves that title. The room was very comfortable, the shower fabulous, the bed massive and the TV and hair dryer were high end. Sadly I had to leave before breakfast. All in all a whirlwind, but exceptionally pleasurable, stay. I would certainly come back.
