Good hotel. Love the room. Enough storage. Best gym I’ve seen in a hotel. Not much to do on property. A hotel like this deserves a pool. I would have liked another seating area reserved for guests only. Great staff, thanks to Dorcas who works on the 3rd floor, very lovely. And thanks to Simons at the buffet. Overall a very good experience. I extended my stay.

Feels luxurious. Only thing missing is a pool. A facility like this should come with a pool at this price… It’s overpriced for what they offer. The only ‘’walk’’ around the facility is the shopping mall. Maybe the location does not allow a walkable garden but it would be a nice addition.

We like the hotel. Love the pillows, makes for a comfortable sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is way too expensive and the food isn't that great. We started eating at Eric Kayser, a little restaurant on the ground floor of the Kin Plaza Mall. They have great food at half the price.

i spent more than 10 days,.. The hotel is well located, clean, very good food, very friendly and helpfull staff,.. so i have only good things to say. I will definitly return to this hotel/ It is my prefered one, after trying some other leading hotels in Kinshasa. By the way, from time to time they ädd"some Indian and Leabanese food,... personally i like it very much, and enjoy it.

I come to his hotel very frequently, it is my preferred hotel. It's comfortable, good loxation, good staft and very helpful, good food.

I was in Kinshasa for ten days on business. Kin Plaza was close to client site. Well maintained, an excellent workout facility, and dining options galore. The room I had was large, well laid out and maintained. The refrigerator was a great "have" for the room. I would stay there again without question.

Great hotel, good food in the restaurant and for the most part very attentive staff that will remember your face daily and get you your standard order. The outdoor area is great to spend your evenings and the band which plays at the perfect sound level so you can still talk is great Room cleaning is hit and miss, some staff do a great job others not so much (forget towels or no water or tea coffee replenishment) . The rooms are nice and clean and comfy though. . Also the mall is good to go for a coffee, there sadly isnt much in there but the boulangerie is a good place to sit and chill. Reception is also very helpful and accommodating.

First (but not the last) time at the Kin Plaza. Very close to our business site. Convenient. Nice restaurants close--in and out of hotel. Allowed us a late checkout which was super!

I was charged the wrong price by Hotels.com, then offered a lower price downgrade by the hotel, which they refused to honor upon checkout.

The Hotel is very cozy and clean . The staff very professional. That is the perfect place to stay in Kinshasa. I will definitely come back.

New hotel in good position in Kinshasa. Good breakfast, excellent gym. Reasonably good service. Good place to meet people. Ridiculously overpriced laundry - $10 for T-shirt, $5 for socks, cheaper just to buy new clothes.

I really liked the food & comfort of the rooms. xxxxxxx
