I stood 8 days with my wife In Tecasa 5(V) apt F4 The Property was exactly how u saw it on the pics. Apartment and building was nice and clean. Community Pool, basket ball court n supermarket were close by which was a plus. If u need something the supermarket Superman’s will deliver for a 10 pesos fee which is nothing. I recommend change money n have small bills on hand to tip the locals . If u rent a car you will also have a secured parking spot w no worry of trying to find a spot to leave your car secure. There is also uber if need be. Check in and check out was easy. The host was amazing and She made sure I would have no problem finding the apartment. The host responded quickly when I texted or called her w questions. I def recommend this place and I will definitely return to this location whenever I come back to the country.

Great property, very well kept. Grocery store less than 5 minutes. Many restaurants less than 20 minutes drive and taxis were easy to get to. Definitely will be back.

The property was very nice and spacious, but fridge stop cooling no signal on tv.

The apartment was clean and everything worked. The master bedroom ceiling had multiple leaks and some of the paint chips had fallen on the bed and I had to clean the sheet. Later that night it rained and began leaking water from the ceiling onto the bedroom floor, luckily it just missed the bed. Other than that, no complaints.

The property was great for the holiday stay.

Well Communication for the keys was very bad . I finally open the house door the AC of the living room wasn’t working the AC in the rooms aren’t working. No hot water. Then next day they send me a message we was making a lot of noise but how if the controls of the tv aren’t working . No radio in that house . We only use that area for sleeping because we was outside getting to know Santiago all day. So I didn’t like it all only the kitchen because is very big and everything you need as supplies was there too cook. The neighbor is very nice and quiet.

Property looked as advertised but some key basic things were missing or not working. Main living room AC did not work, only bedrooms could be cooled down. Hot water heater did not work. Some basic supplies were not provided (drinking water was empty, no paper towels, trash bags, etc).

Host very pleasing and available z24/7

Property was great overall-Pool was closed on Tuesday and we were not notified until the day of.Our remote for the access gate did not work.But on a scale of 1 to 10, I will give it an 8.

Very Nice Place, Safe and Securely Gated. Very Clean and Comfortable. A little hard to find but easy to get Uber rides and we had help from friends that are locals which was a tremendous help. 3 bedrooms 2 baths air conditioning in all bedrooms. Access to rooftop with nice view as shown in pics.
