The service is excellent and especially thanks to Christine for driving me around the city. The hotel is a bit hard to find but as a single traveler I felt safe and well taken care of.

Clean and quiet

Typical Nairobi room....everything is run down or worn out. The manager was absolutely great which made the stay bearable. The hygiene standards are low in Kenya and this is why I hate traveling to this country. Go at your own risk....

Pickup was late

This is more like a Air B&B and not an actual hotel. Challenging to accommodate late check ins. Our Driver had to wait outside the gate and call to wake up the owners. Expedia did not explain that this place was not a hotel.

Christine and team are very much friendly and willing to help wherever needed.

The staff were nice and very helpful especially the manger Christine. I was disappointed with the cleanliness, the dinning sink was never cleaned the stains I found on my first day were there until I left, the towels in the room were dirt as well as the towel in the dining area. It was never changed. With covid it was a bit scary. I never used them

The one night stay was okay. The ladies attending to us were fantastic and helpful. The rooms are spacious and neat. Very nice shower with warm water. Bedding could be improved upon. Location is ideal for airport and very serene but the road to the place is bumpy. The GPS location was off, the place is much nearer the main road (Mombasa Road) and Gateway Mall than shown on the pin. Pick up from airport or drop off can be arranged as well as local drives. Breakfast was okay.
