Einfach genial

I really enjoyed my stay. Very nice, secure and convenient.

Positives: Comfort, clean, spacious, location. Negatives: zero information while checking inn. Eks restaurant, parking, lifts… It took long time to check out. I almost missed my flight waiting for the receptionist to figure out where they kept all the bills I had signed during my stay. Slow restaurant services. All meals delivered to the room had no cutlery and napkins/ serviets. I had to ask every time.

The staff members were universally friendly, helpful and efficient. The quality of the room service food was generally of a very high standard, and the swimming pool on the lower garage floor is tastefully decorated and furnished. If I wanted to have my breakfast before the usual start of service at 7 a.m., the staff in the restaurant were always happy to accommodate that wish. I give the Lymack Suites two big thumbs up and I will definitely return to this hotel on future visits to the Kenyan capital.

Expected it to be an awesome getaway but was somewhat disappointed as some amenities were not very clean and slow internet.

The hotel owner and manager is awesome! The location is super, right near the beach and diving centre. Most importantly, the activities that offered in the information package is very decent, reliable, and at prices that are better than the random local agencies, diving centre, and other similar hotels'. Please do read the information package including the Blue Safari, Dolphin tour, etc.

Quiet environment, simple & good breakfast. Best serviced apartment yet! Everything is as described. Side note: You can only book Lymack online if you have used expedia to book previous accommodation.

No breakfast offered they lied online,very arrogant receptionist and so poor in costomer relations. Never to go back there

This is an amazing place. Since it is still new, it is not crowded. It has a well equipped gym; better than you can find in most Nairobi hotels. It also has a nice big swimming pool that hardly gets swimmers. The kitchens are very well equipped!
