nice and clean

The exhaust fan in the bathroom cannot be turned off and there is noise when sleeping at night

Clean, pool, BF— though they need more than one waffle maker

Reserved room had some dirty clothes on the floor (previous guest?) and missing iron. I asked to be moved to another room. Lady in the lobby was not specially kind or concerned. The new room's microwave was not functional. I found out from the man downstairs (very kind and helpful) that it was probably the breaker. It was. The room did not have enough blankets (we were 6). I had to go look/ask for additional ones downstairs. Breakfast was super crowded and having 1 waffle maker is certainly not enough when all the tables are occupied... Not the best experience

Excellent staff and great service

All has been great till I got a knock at the door. The cleaning lady spoke no English. Said something. I gave her a thumbs up like we are all good. She rolled her eyes. Shook her head and looked mad. Then pulled her cart on down to the next room. So all has been good untill that wierd exchange this morning.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The front desk was friendly and efficient. The room was modern, large and clean. The bathrooms were nice. The morning breakfast buffet was superior. This is a great little hidden gem right on the airport property. Two minutes to departure gates.

The hotel is clean, in a great location, and friendly. It is near a family-friendly facility, Burglar King, and a convenience store within walking distance.

When we arrived there was nobody at the front desk. We waited for a while and then she showed up no apology nothing.
