房間舒適、方便，附近有24小時的超市及便利商店，距離地鐵站也很近，入住前的引導說明清楚明白。

We stayed at Landmark Namba from October 8th to 13th and had a great experience. Although there were only two beds and one sofa bed for five adults, one of us slept on the floor. The bedding was comfortable, and extra pillows were provided, so it wasn’t an issue. The room included a washer, but we chose to use a laundromat just a 3-minute walk away due to our group size. There was also a 7-Eleven and grocery store about 5 minutes away, perfect for late-night snacks. The train station was around the corner, roughly a 5-minute walk depending on your destination. Compared to other places I checked, the room was spacious enough for each of us to store two suitcases each and backpacks with room to spare. The owner provided a helpful guide with clear instructions for check-in/out and how to use the AC, TV, and washer etc. We had no issues and would definitely stay here again. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were easy.

This neighborhood is pretty run down. The property itself is grey concrete with little attention given to comfort. The beds are old, the futon is unusable, laundry soap is not provided. The kitchen has the bare basics. The property owner is very responsive, which was reassuring. You get what you pay for and if you can afford something better, I recommend staying somewhere else.

there is a mosquito, my daughter got bites on her legs, maybe because it's summer. the management should consider spraying before somebody stay the property. Other than that our stay are ok.

大人5人で定員5名の部屋に泊まったが、ベットが小さく大人2人で寝るには狭すぎるし、寝具も安っぽく寝心地も悪かった。タオルも使い古しの薄っぺらいものが置いてあった。今まで色々な民泊を利用しているが、ここはもう利用しない。

I regreted to book and stay at this place. There are many rules that you need to follow. I would rather pay more and stay at a regular hotel. If you break a rule, they may penalize you, with fine like not separating the garage correctly etc. If you lose your key, it's a 32400 yen fine. With the hot weather in Osaka, the small AC unit is not powerful enough to make the room comfortable. The towels they provide are very old. When you check out, they expect you to clean up the room. Overall just not a comfortable place to stay and I would rather pay more to stay at a regular hotel. Only positive is the location. Very close to a train station, and there is a Life grocery store around the corner.

Accomodation is terrible. Mould and dust growing on the walls above the bed. DO NOT BOOK! Property owner unresponsive. Still trying to hear from Wotif to get my money back. Ruined our holiday.

Very clean and roomy apartment. Close to everything in Osaka. Safe and convenient.

We are familiy of four. Overall, we have very pleasant stay at this place. The property is well maintain, and has elevator. The check-in/out information/policy is clear and concise. The area is very close to supermarket and train station is a big plus plus for us. The property owner is very responsive and accommodative with our request. Few things to be considered the room can cover for 4 people, would be great to have chairs to match number of people. One of the chair needs to be replaced because it’s wobbly. I would recommend this place for sure. Thumbs up.

Thank you to this hotel — the location is very convenient, just a short walk to Namba. The price is also reasonable, making it a great choice overall. 感謝這間酒店, 酒店位置方便, 步行去難波也很近. 價錢也公道, 是一個好的選擇.

Very quiet, close to Midosuji rail, groceries available locally. 5th floor with lift. Had a washer and a drying room which was a great benefit. Hot water was good enough for 3 teenagers and myself.The online owner's manual was a boon.

Ruim verblijf op wandelafstand van het drukke centrum van Osaka, maar toch rustig gelegen. 1,5km ongeveer. De studio was goed uitgerust. Er is ook een wasmachine, wat wel handig was. Ook paraplu's zijn aanwezig voor regendagen. Let op! Heel smalle bedden voor 2 personen (ik schat 120 cm), een sofabed (niet dat van op de foto's) en maar 3 krukjes. Dus als je met 4 bent is het wat behelpen, maar het lukt best. Overall een goed verblijf gehad!
