The property accepted our 2-night reservation 2 months ago but they were closed when we arrived. We had to find another lodging option on the spot. Not even an apology from the owner that we could contact on the phone. Terrible experience!

If Sahara is a once in a lifetime experience, then this is the ONLY property you should consider for your stay in the desert. The facilities are stunning, staffed by even more beautiful people who could not possibly do more to make the experience so special.
