No hot water for first day of stay. Ceiling dripped water in bathroom the entire stay, despite someone interrupting an afternoon nap to supposedly fix it. There is no one to complain to, just an app chat function which was pointless when there is no staff onsite. I would have left and found another place if there would have been someone to give me a refund.

The shower was luke warm and the coffee machine dis not work. The xhat function dis not improve my stay.

Very nice experience

Contactless check in was fine. Room is big but cold, not cozy. No hot water for shower, barely even warmish.

It was totally easy to key in the code and get into the building and the elevator and the room. Lots of good food options nearby. Easy and convenient to store luggage in the basement.

the room and building was very clean and easy to access. the location was great as far as being able to walk to bars, restaurants, etc. thermostat broke in the middle of the night which was annoying as it was pretty hot and i couldn’t do anything about it. there is no staff desk at the property.

Wir fanden das Ambiente (industrial Charme; tolle Dachterrasse, die zum Restaurant unten gehört und durch das Hotel erreichbar ist) und die großen, modernen Zimmer sowie das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top. Man benötigt die App, aber das hat alles gur geklappt.

I was skeptical about a hotel with no on-site desk for check-in, but the whole system worked and we got to our room without problems. Lucky we read the email that came several days before check in so that we could register with the Sonder App. The survey questions here are disingenuous expecting me to rate staff and service. What's up with that??

Designed to be self managed hotel room, facilities are good, as is location. Quite noisy and no safe.

Self check-in was seamless and the room is spacious and clean.

Clean, tidy, efficient. 3/5 for staff/service as it’s an unstaffed hotel (!) as advertised. Would happily return, lively neighbourhood, plenty of nearby options.

Hotel itself was very nice, clean and had everything we needed except staff, lol. That was a little different but after a couple of questions to the housekeeping everything was good! We really enjoyed the little cafe downstairs for afternoon drinks and late dessert! Friendly bartender, didn’t catch her name! Also the bed and pillow were very comfortable and loved the bathroom and shower. Found it a little pricey but overall we had a great experience!

Hotel muito bom mas sem nenhum funcionário para fazer atendimento. Isso causa alguns problemas que só são resolvidos (em parte) pelo chat. Eu reservei um quarto com duas camas mas me deram um com cama de casal e não consegui fazer a mudança para o que se fato contratei.

There is no parking for this property and everything around it is 2 hour parking only. The remote doesn’t work for the tv and there is no front desk to even get simple batteries.

Check-in was horrible. The hotel requires payment of additional fees for a check-in time earlier than 4:00 PM. There are no staff onsite! It just felt like gouging. The hotel itself is clean, modern and located in a really fun neighborhood.

Very clean and super safe! Little balcony, pizza and bar on lobby floor and the roof! Walking distance of great coffee and food. Luggage storage was nice since I had some wait time. Central to alot of things, easy Curb (taxi) Ride. Shops all along the next block. Large walk in shower. Great bang for the buck!

Nice overall

Front door didn’t lock during the entire stay. They only do bar soap not body wash which I don’t like. People were screaming on my floor at 11pm on a Thursday, but since you can only complain via chat it seemed pointless

This is an unstaffed property and the main entrance is not secure. Alerted property via their text and they said they fixed it yet I was still able to just pull it open. They referred to it an inconvenience but as a woman staying alone this is a security issue. Really disappointed and will not be staying at their properties again. Would advise women staying alone not to stay here .
