Customer service was great!

The reserved rooms were not available. It was offered a more expensive room. We did not ask for a variety of cheaper rooms. And was not offered. The sea view was a mistake. The beach is full of rubbish and smells in the room's balcony. At the corridors and the apartment, the smells of pungent mould. Mildew color of the bathroom ceiling. The loud fan of the bathroom is disturbed. Only the worst to mention.
