Nice, standard hotel. A bit more expensive than other hotels we stayed in during our Korea trip, but very close to the convention. Tough to be the location.

체크인 할 때 불친절한으로 불쾌하게 들어왔구요 객실 어메니티도 매우 떨어집니다 가장 황당한 건 정수기가 변기 앞 화장실에 있어 너무 황당 했어요 그다지 좋은 경험이 아니었습니다 청소 상태도 상당히 불만족스러웠어요 머리카락이 곳곳에서 발견 됐는데, 욕실 어메니티 자리에 버젓이 하나 새하얀 친구을 들쳐 보니 머리카락과 털 너무 황당 했는데 늦은 밤이라 그냥 치우고 잤어요. 안타깝습니다.

Convenient location - connected to department store with access to many amenities. Stayed with young kids and it was great to be able to spend a day at the aquarium with re-entry and go to the department store for lunch when it was raining outside. Check in was efficient and overall service was excellent. Hotel provided many infant amenities, and the washing machines on level 3 made it all a very convenient and comfortable stay. Special thanks to Daeny who assisted us with transport and late checkout so our journey to the next destination was stress-free.

Overall the stay was ok, nothing of HUGE concern. Of note, parking can be limited if you're staying here on the weekends, plake sure you take that into account as I noticed people utilizing (paying for parking) the garage that were not staying at the hotel! Front desk staff and reception was five stars and the breakfast was a solid win with MANY options, recommend 0630 as this place gets busy! Would recommend more attention to be put towards periodic reviews of room conditions. Our room was at a minimal level of acceptable clean, but you can tell there are some areas below the bar of acceptable. Filmy bathroom glasses, dirty bathroom door, and stained/soiled furniture are the top two on my list. In all, it was an ok stay and worthy of consideration.
