Very nice hotel with good service, good food and good hardware

设备齐全，清洁卫生，服务人员的态度很好

附近的商店比较少

窗外风景很好，环境让人很放松

入住和离店时工作人员效率有待提升，其他都还行

I stayed this hotel two times within same week, but a problem with first resevation for payment issue, it charge me in different cards with two times while check out, the reception need more training to improve this.

Excelente lugar e atendimento. A acomodação é confortável e café da manhã é muito bom.

El hotel está bien cuidado, las habitaciones cómodas, limpias y en general buen trato de los empleados. El desayuno completo y bueno. Muy buena ubicación para ir al aeropuerto, hay centros comerciales cerca y puedes pasear, comer, etc. En Madrid todavía hacian 30 grados, no estaría de más tener la piscina funcionando los días de calor tan potente.

El hotel es muy limpio y el servicio muy bueno pero en el restaurante no tenían mucha gente trabajando y era bastante caótico por la noche, no obstante nuestra estancia fue excelente y volveríamos a quedarnos si necesitásemos algo cerca del aeropuerto o esa zona.

Habitaciones espaciosa, funcional y con camas muy cómodas. Personal amable

Es un excelente hotel.para estancias cercanas al aeropuerto. No es muy recomendable si viajas de turismo a Madrid por la distancia/tiempo al centro los días laborales. La zona es muy limpia y segura

The hotel was very clean and had good natural lighting in the lobby. The rooms looked new and clean, plus I loved how bright the lights were in the bathroom. I hate whenever a bathroom is too dim, but this hotel had nice lighting everywhere. The breakfast was good and varied. The only downside is that ubers from this location to other places was a bit expensive

Cuarto muy limpio, hay una plaza a 20 mins a pie, cerca del aeropuerto

We asked for extra pillows on both nights staying there and received none. On the second night we told reception we didn’t receive a pillow and was told he couldn’t leave reception because he was by himself. Reception didn’t write anything down after saying there was no record of requesting the pillow the previous day. Guess what no pillow received on second day. Poor service from reception probably due to manning the bar as well.

Property is old in need of renovation. No tvs in bedrooms. No air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. They did not clean our apartment. When we complained the third time they only changed towels and left a broom and dust pan for us to clean ourselves. No towels in pool area. Staff told me this is not a hotel so not to expect the same service, but they call it Ramada hotel and suites.
