nuestro personal llegó antes de las 7pm al hotel, estuvieron tocando, buscando a alguien cerca y esperando pero nadie abrió, después de un rato se contacto por teléfono a gente del hotel y dijeron que debía pagarse un monto adicional para que fueran a abrir cuando se fueron antes de la hora pactada...

We like this hotel even though it appears very basic. Room is clean and has nice WiFi. Great air conditioning so our stay is comfortable. Overall we liked it.
