接待客氣,房間簡潔舒適,只是地板熱度,我們受不了，有點傷腦筋。只好將毛巾淋水，否則室內太乾了。早餐很不錯，每天選不ㄧ樣的。Ohrid湖，正面對，人間仙境，到各境點，都很方便，慢慢走，都可以到。四天三夜，有點不夠。

Smutsiga rum som luktar mögel/fukt konstig doft. Otrevlig personal! Inte hjälpsamma alls trots man försökt ångra sig då hotellet har fukt/mögel samt luktar illa. Högljud utanför hotellet dålig isolerad, gamla Ac och rum bilderna lurar dig.

The location is beautiful; overlooks Lake Ohrid. The room was clean. The hotel itself was in disrepair. Paint peeling off the wall of our room, baseboards missing or damaged. All though they advertised a roof terrace, there was no seating and they were using it to store building supplies. The hotel staff was helpful and polite, however the restaurant staff acted like they couldn’t be bothered to wait on us and their staff was smoking at one of the tables in the restaurant.

Location is great. Some staff are very friendly and helpful, others less so. My room was a little small but that depends on which one you book. Parking is a little tricky.

Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Odadaki eşyalar eski olsa da odanın manzarası ve otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Cumartesi gecesi otelin girişindeki restorandaki partide çalan müzik nedeniyle uyumakta güçlük çektik.balkon kapısını kapatarak uymak zorunda kaldık. Ses gece 1e kadar sürdü ve rahatsız ediciydi. Sabah da asansör bozulduğu için eşyalarımızı 3. Kattan çok zor indirdik. Otel görevlileri yardımcı olmadı.

Look around Ohrid—should be able to do better. SU was Ok at best. Staff was lazy, overall condition only fair—loose plumbing fixtures in bathrooms, for example. Breakfast was repetitive and had stale items some days. Room was hig but furniture was cheap. So, overall experience only meh at best.

Nice hotel. Only problem is that we booked a room with lake view but it did not have a lake view.

Breakfast not bad. Restaurant good

Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilir, tek can sıkıcı husus kahvaltı. Çeşitleri artabilir. Çay ve kahve self servis değil, bar çalışanından istemek gerekiyor. O da meşgul olduğu için can sıkıyor. Breakfast could be better; the only frustrating aspect was the breakfast. The variety could be increased. Tea and coffee are not self-service, so you have to ask the bar staff. Since they are often busy, it becomes a bit annoying.

Otel göle çok yakın. Girişte çok iyi karşıladılar. Odalar biraz havasızdı. Gölden kaynaklı neme bağlı bir koku vardı. Güzel oteldi.

The only room we could get was an economy but it was still very nice and had everything we needed. The staff are very helpful and nice. We decided we needed to stay one more day, they matched our price and it was done. The rooftop restaurant was a good place for a meal and the view delightful. The easy access to the lake walk was a winner.

It was on the boardwalk and pleasant to see the lake
