Location not Good

No response to my questions/didnt answer my calls/ very bad customer service

Location: On a main avenue, a little far from downtown. Supermarket in front and bus stop 100 m away Service: excellent, English spoken. Courteous. Room comfortable, wifi works well, hot shower. Clean. No breakfast but there is a restaurant on the first floor (hotel is on the 2nd and there's other hotel on the 4th floor)

Niks was goed de bedden waren erg vies en de matras was heel hard net een plank geen wc papier ik ben 1 dag eerder weg gegaan omdat niks op orde was.
