如同網路上的照片一樣，空間非常寬敞，這在日本是少有的，櫃檯人員滿滿的笑容很親切，距離東京車站搭計程車十分鐘，對於行李很多的旅客很方便，這裡的一切無可挑剔，下次會想再來！

Our stay at Sakura Cross was very pleasant. Slippers were offered for all guests. The bathrooms were clean. We had five people in our party. The extra toilet (there were two in pur unit) room was really helpful! We can barely hear the prople on the top floor. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed and the general design of the room. Beds were comfortable and clean. Large space to comfortably fit 5 people and 5 luggages. Location: about a 7-10 minute walk to the nearest train station, 2 minute walk to a very clean laundromat, and across the street from a park for small children. The service was excellent. Cons: elevator and entryway was quite small, but definitely not an issue at all. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very nice, only 4 rooms in the hotel. and the staff were accommodating, especially with allowing a late check-out, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the location—it’s in a more residential area, so there wasn’t much to do nearby.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the design of our room, which was spacious (especially by Tokyo standards). We plan to stay here again next time we visit Japan.

The overall hotel was great. Pillows were a bit hard, was disappointed as we didn’t realize the onsen was no clothes.

ワンフロアを一家族で使うタイプで広かったが、清潔感に欠けるホテルだった。駅から少し遠く、荷物の預かりも無かったので、観光には不便だった

Spacious family suite on the 4th floor, but if you have little ones it might not be wise to stay on the 4th floor as the occupants below can hear all noise - toddlers running especially.

Fantastic stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Stayed here with kids who loved the bunk bed. Easy checkin and depature. Overall I'd definitely recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here on our next visit.

2段ベットが子供達が喜んでました 部屋も広く快適でした

私は5人家族で子供達も中学生以上なので 宿を取るのにも一苦労。 ですが、こちらのホテルは広々しているので かなり快適に過ごせ泊まる事が出来ました。 部屋も清潔で気持ち良く使わせて頂きました。 家族も大満足でとても喜んでいました。 ホテルスタッフの方も優しく対応してくれ ました。 年一回は必ず家族で東京へ行きますので 次回もこちらのホテルへ宿泊出来ればと 思っております。

静かで清潔でした

Great property! Clean and spacious

立地が良くて、お部屋が広く、清潔で使い易い良いホテルでした。

Das Zimmer ist schön groß und die versteckten Abteile (Toilette,Bad/Dusche,Waschbecken und Kleiderschrank) sind größer als gedacht. Die Betten sind sehr Bequem und die Klimaanlage hat auch gut funktioniert. Der kleine Kühlschrank ist pracktisch. Leider ist unser W-Lan im Zimmer öfters ausgefallen. Direkt in der nähe von dem Hotel gibt es sehr viele Getränkeautomaten und gefühlt an jeder Ecke gibt es ein Seveneleven was die Versogung von Essen,Drinken und abheben von Geld sehr einfach macht.

Fantastic hotel. Beautifully clean, aircon perfect in the hot summer. Opposite a lovely children’s playpark with a waterpark for small children open 10-4pm. In particular, Ota at reception was so helpful. Much appreciated!
