Really nice and clean room. Great service

Nice property with great shuttle service via canal to shops

Lovely hotel on the edge of Mechelen. Shame about the building work opposite which has been going on over a year and looks like it will not be finished anytime soon. Parking is in the nearby multi-storey. Walking distance from town, many places to eat.

Old world charm very nicely updated, stay in the Loft if it's available amazing!

It says nothing on the website to warn guests the hotel is currently in the middle of a building site. We were woken every morning by heavy machinery outside our room. No safe walk into town for anyone with mobility issues. Despite warning of a food allergy, the kitchens ignored this, wiping out 24 hours of our stay. The management remained indifferent to these concerns. Terrible customer service.

the hotel is good, close the the city with a very nice team members. the bathroom wasn't ideal and the surraonding is full of work (arranging the road and parking).

It's a nice Hotel close to the train station in Mechelen. The Breakfast Buffet was really good.

I had a 2 week stay at the hotel, as I was in Belgium for work. The hotel is newly renovated and it has been done very well. It is a very nice hotel, but I am surprised how it can have 4 stars when there is neither a gym (even though it is listed here on hotels.com!!!) or a pool. Staff is nice, breafast is good, restaurant is okay however very pricy.

A simple overnight stay. Beautiful hotel, good sized rooms and bathroom. The window doesn’t open in the room so we did feel a little stuffy as we are used to sleeping with a window open. The restaurant and bar is beautiful, service very slow, meals we good. Check-in isn’t until 2pm strict.

This is a lovely characterful building.... A refurbished swimming pool. The problem was that it opened too early this week i.e the refurb is incomplete - so the builders are still in, the lift car wasn’t working and the systems and process’ are unfamiliar to the staff, who did their best to cope. The food in the restaurant in the evening was very good indeed and in 6 to 8 weeks when it’s properly finished, it will be a very nice place to be. I’ll be back.
