Really nice hotel staff was so kind.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Comfy bed and nice food, but the climb all the way up the hill is not for the fainthearted. Not a lot of choice in Tasiilaq, but be prepared for a very steep walk if you are staying here.

Despite knowing that many flights to Tasiilaq are canceled due to weather, this hotel was unwilling to give any refund or even make contact about a possible credit for future stays. Be aware that if you book here, you will lose any payments should your flight there get canceled.

Amazing! Definitely be sure to book a room facing the water....breathtaking. Clean, comfy, and good food. This is no question, best lodging in town.

Most of all the staff make the difference. I have seldom seen such a perfect managed hotel: quick, friendly, efficient. They are in a close contact to Air Greenland and know about all the delays and cancellations. In that case transfer and additional overnights are quick prepared. The food is excellent, it was nice to stay there.

Perfect hotel in East Greenland. Information is a bit sparse but once you arrive the hotel is great. Location is perfect above Tasiilaq town with views over the bay and mountains. Tours are available from the hotel or nearby vendors. Food was good and hearty (breakfast, lunch and dinner are good value). Rooms were very comfortable. A great base for a trip to East Greenland.
