房間非常的小，但是看起來乾淨，旅館的服務人員素質不太一樣，有些很好，有些沒那麼好！當場加早餐，付過錢了，但是最後一天要離開的時候又要跟我們要一遍，好險有溝通，後來沒有收，但是每次去吃早餐的時候有付錢，不知為何電腦系統還會記錄沒付

Bien situado, personal amable, tiene parquin de pago el hotel, un poco difícil aparcar en los alrededores, la limpieza se podía mejorar.

Das Frühstück ist ok, das Zimmer geräumig für 1 Person. Mein Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen.

“We chose a somewhat well-known hotel for the Bilbao leg of our trip. Since we planned to spend most of our time outside, our main criteria were hygiene, order, and comfort. Hygiene could have been improved, but it wasn’t bad. As there were very few furnishings in the room, there wasn’t much to evaluate in terms of order. Lastly, I should mention that we did not expect the room to be this small for two people—our belongings almost didn’t fit. At the very least, a small wardrobe should have been provided. In that sense, it was not comfortable at all. I usually prefer Ibis both in my home country and abroad, but for Bilbao, it may be worth reconsidering.

Spotlessly clean, Friendly & welcoming, Perfect for a few nights away 5th time in Bilbao & I’d usually stay in the Old Town, this was a leisurely 25min walk away but the metro, & tram, stops minutes from the door make this hotel almost in the heart of the city. A great stay, & the breakfast buffet isn’t especially exciting, but served from 6 it’s a convenient way to start the day if you need to be out early
