the staff is very kind and helpful but the structure needs renovation the bathroom smells of pee the white sheets look yellow

Bien simple calme et l'accueil a été très bien l'hotel est tres beau bien et ils peuvent mieux faire

Service Agréable et personnel courtois. 2 fois que je porte mon choix sur cet établissement et je ne regrette pas. Je reviendrai à mon prochain passage à Abidjan.

Hotelli oli hieman kauempana ja aina piti käyttää taksia. Hotelli mainosti puhuttuja kieliä englanti ja ranska. Englantia ei kuitenkaan osattu. Henkilökunta käyttäytyi ylimielisesti, jos ei osannut ranskaa. Googlekääntäjä auttoi. Aamiainen oli keskinkertainen, mutta ei osattu tehdä paistettuja munia. Aina tuli munakasta. Samoin eri ruoka- annoksissa oli aina samanlainen kastike. Siihen kyllästyi nopeasti. Vuode oli kova kuin kivi! Ei ollut hyvä nukkua. Hotellin ulkopuoli oli kaunis, mutta ei ollut paikkoja, missä istua. Myös sisällä oli paljon kauniita esineitä ja taideteoksia. Osa henkilökunnasta oli kyllä auttavaisia.

Hôtel sympa , très calme . Même si c’est un peu reculé du centre ville , le personnel est top . Chambre nettoyé tous les jours . Petit plus : petit déjeuner inclus

I enjoyed my stsy at SunSet. The manager was very helpful in getting me the attestation I needed for my visa and was very pleasant to me when he saw me. The security guards and the housekeeping boys were so friendly, saying hello each day and helping me get taxis. The area around the hotel is a bit run down, but I never felt unsafe. The restaurant staff were so friendly as well and I enjoyed coming to see them for meals. I would stay at this hotel again.

Accommodation, environment and breakfast was good. I didn't enjoy my stay much because almost non of the staff could speak English. Differences in price of water sold to me on Different days. The security guys team up with one taxi driver to over charge me. I saw the taxi driver give the security guys money when i was coming back from the reception to get internet to translate where i was going from English to French for the taxi driver. He charged me 10 000 XOF from the Hotel to the embassy of United States of America whiles earlier drivers charged 4000 and 5000 [ thats my suspicion though] I didn't like their food much. Apart from that, most staff were friendly even though we couldn't communicate much.

Cest forfaits pour un congé annuel, jusqu'à que j'avais pas pas trouve la chambre sélectionnée pour mon séjour avec balcon. J'ai réclame mais malheureusement j'ai pas eut.

Je suis vraiment cool ici

Cest un établissement bon vivre car j'étais arrivée pour une nuit je suis ma 4eme nuits.

They were not prepared to receive us. Only one of the rooms we booked was available! No one understood English and we don't speak French! Dinner at the restaurant was COLD. Took forever to get them to understand our request to reheat the food. After 15mins, they returned with LUKEWARM food. Many other guests were seen complaining at the reception during our stay. Staff are pleasant though, just overwhelmed and confused.
