Highly recommended and only footsteps away from the airport

Rooms clean and spacious, hotel staff and welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is awesome.

Stay was good only downside is that there was no restaurants close by, the taxi is super expensive to go downtown to find a restaurant which is also just like 1 or 2 that is very pricey. A resort would be a good option to stay in Aruba with all inclusive. Everything is far away from this hotel except the airport.

The ac never goes under 74f I asked menu time to change it and they said oh just wait should be lower now but still at 73 super hot at night .

Staff was very friendly and professional. everything was great. we'll be back! One complain, didn't like that we had to pay for parking at the hotel!!!

The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. After having my flight cancelled and having to quickly find a hotel we were happy to be able to secure a room very close to the airport. I was disappointed with the dinner menu in the restaurant and the food was just so / so. We went to bed very soon after dinner as we had to get up super early to get our rescheduled flight. 5:30 am came around and I wanted to take a nice hot shower. No luck --- there was hot water in the sink tap but not in the shower. So disappointing!!! Especially since the hotel was $588 US per night. When I mentioned it to the woman on the desk at checkout she didn't seem very concerned. I would think twice before booking here again.

Clean room, clean common areas, I think maybe the food was a bit better about a year ago when I was there last bit still good. Very kind and helpful staff

Fresh breakfast every morning. Hotel stay was wonderful. Staff were hospitable. A++++.

Overall not a bad stay. Beds, carpet & bathroom wash clothes & towels need attention. Food is excellent.

The stuff and breakfast were good, however the sofa bed was in terrible condition. Upon opening we found bottles and cigarette ashes

Everything was 100% positive

The staff could be extremely rude and said things about me and other guests somehow thinking we couldn’t hear. At one point when a guest asked if we had been helped the staff member said to the other guest”they don’t matter”. Head lady was extremely rude when staff tried helping us or made us think they were helping us. I don’t think a good lace for any US citizen or white person. they seemed to think we couldn’t hear them and remarks they made about Guests. Slow service to any requests and I would not recommend anyone choosing this as a vacation lace. They say there is complimentary shuttle service. It was non e instant for us and we had to take buses and cans everywhere since this place is away from everything but the airport. The pool was not a place you could really enjoy as they had groups taking lessons there which took over the whole pool.

Quarto bom e confortável porém ficava do lado de uma rodovia e não tinha isolamento acústico. Barulho perturbador a noite toda. Café da manhã simples pra um “Hyatt”, e muitas opções acabavam e não eram respostas.

I had a very pleasant stay the staff was very friendly and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast was spectacular, with plenty of delicious options. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The only small issue was that we received our room about an hour after check-in time, which was a bit inconvenient after traveling. Other than that, everything was excellent and we would definitely stay again.
