Thank you Claudia and angie and if course Daniel for the greatest service and the management young lantina didnt get her name she was so polite and turned onnthe pool heater she was amazing as well

My room had an oder of wet dampness. The smell was hard to ignore. Room 527.

Staff was nice and friendly.

Great hotel. Convenient. I have stayed there many times.

No Pool in a isla hotel. Really disappointed

Next door to airport and car rental

Room smelled musty. Found ants in room. Booked through Expedia for King bed and pool. Get to hotel they had no King beds available and pool was under construction. If I knew this before booking I would have stayed elsewhere. Not happy at all.

We had a wonderful Spring Break and would definitely stay at Hyatt Place again.

I liked the proximity to airport. The room itself was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly.

Very nice place

I was on the fifth floor, but by the end of the hallways, something was leaking, causing a wet carpet. They set up two dehumidifiers to solve the problem. Good breakfast; when it comes to stuff, they were less friendly than any other hotel we stayed in. I tried contacting management on the second day because of the notice level; however, no one ever reached out, which is a shame.

Used this hotel for one night upon arrival in Aruba. It was great.

Otroligt serviceminded personal! Promenadavstånd till närmast stranden. 39 min i lagom takt. Bra transportmöjligheter. Vi hyrde bil. Smidigt med garage i anslutning till hotellet. Fantastiska rum med sköna sängar!Här kommer vi bo igen!!
