That place has never seen renovation since it was built decades ago. Guest rooms are dilapidated. It is a shame that once iconic establishment is now in ruins. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I will never stay there again, but I would eat at the traditional restaurant but I won’t set foot in their guest rooms.

Alt er bra, men enkelt, vi er i Afrika og må være forberedt på det når man skal være gjest her. Fantastiske mennesker som jobber her, vennlige, hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi har hatt et Fantastisk opphold her.

Il complesso edilizio ha 2 facce ,una obsoleta,ed un altra nuova, io ho soggiornato dove hotels.com mi dava disponibilita , la prima. Inoltre avevo una camera Deluxe,ma mi diedero una classic, ed avevo la colazione ,negata dal manager. La mia camera wra vecchia ma x me non e' un problema, il punto e' ,loro dicono ci sia l acqua calda, ma non è vero. Ho chiesto subito l intervento del manager che invia un tecnico alle 1040a.m., al mio ritirno alle 8.30 p.m. riscontro non c e acqua calda ,ed il boiler e palesemente rotto.in piu non c e pressione dell acqua calda Al mattino seguente stessa storia. Morale: mentono ai clienti x farli soggiornare il piu possibile. Ho le prove anche dal fatto che il giorno dopo mi propongono camera sul lato nuovo a 55 usd al di, 4 volte di piu. MENTIRE E' INACCETTABILE. ho subito lasciato la struttura. Ethiopi gentilissimi in generale, mentire non va bene a nessuna latitudine. Non faccio mai recensioni negative, ma stavolta è DOVEROSO. MI DISPIACE

Always a bit of a "faded glory" kind of a vibe about this place, but it's still a splendid hotel for a decent price.

Hotellet ligger i et sentralt område, ideelt for å utforske byen. Det trenger oppussing, siden rommene er veldig gamle. Svømmebassenget må betales separat og er ikke inkludert i hotellprisen.

The staff was great, very kind and helpful. Nice breakfast. Perfect location.

Alla i personalen var vänliga och hjälpsamma. Jag har trivts. Lugnt hotell med tillgång till simbassäng. Bra mat och gott kaffe. Jag är så nöjd.

I didn’t like the lack of knowledge of the reception staff about booking with expedia. I resented the fact that my credit card details were asked to verify my booking on the day of checking out. They had all week to do that. I had to show them the receipt on expedia account on my mobile.

It's the end of winter time and the rooms were cold. The hot water does not come on after 11pm sometimes. It's only one key so housekeeping can't clean your room when you are out. Walls are very thin because I can hear chatter. Staff are quite lovely, helpful and friendly. Food is very good. Location is ideal for going to your business meeting or for site seeing this beautiful city Addis Ababa.... Lots of incredible history to soak in for the first time.

Hotellet ligger i en grøn oase og bygningerne er smagfulde. Man kommer ind i et dejligt nedkølet hotel. De gav mig en virkelig tidlig indtjekning. Jeg kunne godt sove i sengen, men det så ud som om, de var ved at skifte sengene ud. Morgenmaden var traditionel etiopisk. Lækkert personale. Fjernsynet reagerede ikke. Internettet virkede stabilt. Jeg tror jeg vil bruge det en anden gang. Der er udendørs svømmehal lige uden for. Tæt på 4 stjerner.
