Worst customer service. Not on hotels.com was told after booking on hotels.com

Our stay was good, however, some of their breakfast not so good. Like Stale bread

It was okay. The room was a bit smaller than expected but they made up for that in facility and class. Services was a bit poor as response was delayed. Overall, the experience was good

The hotel has very pleasant staff and good food..though the food quantity is small

The location is good but the rooms are very basic to say the least. The level of cleanliness is also poor. I also had to go to the reception desk numerous times to ask for an additional towel because they only provide one for two guests.
