New & Clean, friendly staffs, good location.

Room cleanness need to be improved. Claiming to be IHG standard yet room aren't so clean. Upper top shelf where the glasses are put on are full of dust. Asking my bedsheet to be changed (even after noting the reception and still has not changed when I returned) honestly I don't think it's the housekeeping fault, pretty sure the reception just not noting it to them. Big towel, face towel, hand towel wasn't added to the room even after the dirty ones taken. When asking about my AC temp receptionist came to my room wearing them shoeless. I've stayed in a lot of hotel but when they were claiming the room are clean based on some standard even housekeeping/other services people coming to room they will take it of in front of the door before entering the room. Breakfast host on my day 1 whose taken "what's your room number?" Were not as nice to me compared to other guest. Rude.
