We loved the room! Had everything and much more than what we expected! Staff was great and greeted us with a huge smile, made us feel like home away from home!

Our bathroom only had one shower door. So all the water would get the bathroom floor soaked due to the other half missing. We had to pay parking at the hotel $15.00 a night. Parking is not free even though you booked a room .

Why would a hotel in visalia charge me $50.00 extra to check in at 1:30pm when room is ready... vegas dont even charge that much.... hotel is new but poor condition... be carefull not to trip on poor installes carpets. Or tile about to fall off in bathroom because of poor install... also return air grills installed wrong above front desk is going to fall off and hit somebody one day.. wont be staying here again...

Carpetes do corredor sujos e fedidos. Carpete do quarto sujo. Chuveiro ruim .. com saída entupidas. Não indico este hotel. Já estivemos em vários hotéis da linha Marriott, mas este foi o pior .

We liked the breakfast buffet, the choices were tasty and the staff was helpful. The fitness center is nice but there are no restroom facilities for the fitness or the pool area. The room was spacious, but we found it worn, dirty, and noisy, and the room temperature was either too hot or too cold.

I was charged for parking each night and was never told anything. I was not even asked if I had a vehicle.

Excellent amenities

Staff was so welcoming and kind the entire stay! I always prefer a Marriott but this particular one is definitely my top favorite! I will for sure be coming back for a relaxing weekend again! Safe area, well lit parking, amazing spacious room, breakfast, gym, pool area, and a Rare Magical Team of staff I was very impressed!

I stayed here on my way to nor cal. The room was spacious and I liked the complimentary breakfast. The staff was great! It was a bit of a surprise that I had to pay $15 for parking when it was out in the middle of nowhere
