Quarto excelente, bom atendimento, praia linda, bebidas ok e comida ruim e demorada. Quase 1h para sair o ovo do café da manhã e no almoço/jantar tudo acaba antes de voce pedir, e o que tem não tem bom sabor. A comida é a decepção do local.

Amazing! I really love how small and secluded the property is. Staff is amazing and friendly and the place is so cleannnnnn. I haven’t even gotten dust on my slippers walking around the property. To me it’s really a couples resort or girls weekend or even guys weekend where you wanna just chill talk relax enjoy the view beach and pool. I’d definitely come back here when I want to unwind with my partner. 10/10!!!

Food is horrible, service is horrible everything is beyond island time. Ordered food to be delivered to the room multiple times and every time it took over 3 hours to get the food. Only one restaurant for food , menu is small and food is not good.

The staff here were so kind and attentive to our needs during our stay. David was our butler and very helpful in coordinating outings. The food is yummy & it’s a very quiet and relaxing environment. There were 2-3 cats roaming the property, specifically dining area around dinner time. This was uncomfortable for my husband and I. Neither of us are cat people and they would walk up to our tables to beg each time we dined (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Our room also wouldn’t cool off enough at any point. I enjoyed the yoga offered and first come first serve for cabanas. The entire staff here is incredible and attentive.

It was an amazing experience, the staff is always checking up to make sure you have all we needed or to set your next adventure. The place is beautiful and peaceful.

This was our first experience in an All Inclusive, so I was over the moon excited to stay and every moment was a new experience like a special gift. We were bone tired from serving on the mission field with no luxury anything, to having a Butler, Ramona, care for our needs and more. She had to train us how to use her. Snorkeling, Foot Massage and Special Dining on the Dock! I want to return again and again! Thank you

I have been to Jamaica plenty of times but Zoetry was my best experience. The resort is very intimate so we were able to know all of the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. I will be returning!

Food was horrible.

Hotel is a lovely setting but lacks ambience . A little music in the bars and around the pool would add that extra touch . Rooms lovely and staff great but food needs attention and is not at the level it should be for the price .

It’s a nice quiet resort and on the ocean front but also close to the main street which causes a lots off traffic noises for some rooms especially the one we stayed in , so we had to request an upgrade to a different room (with extra fees) that has a better view and far from the street noise. Poor quality staffs and services , very inconvenient to get access to anything including foods services ..etc. Very slow!!
