Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required.

Overall, it was a great family outdoor experience and we all enjoyed it very much. I initially booked for one night, but my daughter wanted to stay longer. I went to reception and extending our stay was quick and hassle-free—they even matched my Expedia member price for the extra night. The place was clean, well-maintained, and looked new and fresh. As a suggestion, I would recommend adding a microwave to the kitchen. We will definitely visit again!

We normally stay in the city when we go to the footy but this time decided to stay out on the peninsula. We already knew that 13th beach golf course was one of the best around so we had fairly high expectations of their accommodation and we weren’t disappointed. A spacious studio style with king bed, lovely bathroom and good amount of storage and bench space. Coffee pods for a cuppa. Small little verandah area to sit outside. Breakfast was ok but included in the price so all good. 20 minutes from the stadium so good choice. Recommend.

You don’t have to be a golfer to stay here. Perfect location if you want to explore the Bellarine Peninsula. Clean, quiet, relaxing and staff are very helpful.

Highly recommend. Accommodation beautiful, clean, spacious. Patio overlooking the golf course, close to club house for drinks and meals. Would definitely stay again.

The room was lovely, the amenities were clean and modern and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. My only issue is there’s no actual map anywhere of the resort, which left us confused regarding a beach gate that we couldn’t find during our trip.

This property was lovely and had convenient parking.

Rooms and beds are comfortable with good bathrooms and parking. Golf facilities are excellent with two courses, a short course, two practice nets and putting greens as well as an open golf range. As rooms had small fridge and no microwave or toaster, cooking options were limited.

Everything was to standard. We found the need for an entry code to open the gates at night to be a nuisance and unnecessary.
