Shane the front desk clerk was very helpful. Also the parking attendant and the bellman who served the rum punch on arrival. The male staff were all very warm and friendly. Breakfast service could be improved. No one offered any beverages.

Hotel is great clean staff amazing, breakfast over priced, 7th heaven cafe a great alternative, pizza place by pool is great Pool needs attention lot of missing tiles and green scum on feature walls Music needs to be turned down so loud at times could not even talk needs to be just back round noise.

The water pressure was weak and the tv service was not very good. Also the hot tub did not work as well as the mold in and around the swimming pool!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff-Chris and Ally were great and helpful. Nicky was a friendly and safe driver. Hotel is close in proximity to beach, shopping, restaurants. Food is good and drinks. Entertainment and more up to date music playing on site would be a nice addition. Otherwise, great stay.

Enjoyed a lovely Easter Weekend stay at Habor Club, St.Lucia, Curio Collection by Hilton! Staff were very Professional, Accomodating, Friendly and all the above! Shout out to Shane especially at Guest Services! The stay is worth it!

Wonderful hotel for both business and pleasure. Location is perfect for walking to marina with lots of food options.

The Harbor Club Hotel has a lot of potential to be a five-star experience, thanks to its beautiful harbor views, convenient location, and picturesque pools. However, several frustrating issues prevent it from reaching that level. The pools are undeniably scenic, but the experience is hindered by missing tiles, which caused deep scratches on my kids’ first day. Additionally, pool towels are rarely stocked, requiring repeated requests with long wait times. While the poolside drinks are a nice touch, the happy hour pricing is inconsistent—charging full price for a non-alcoholic daiquiri makes little sense. The shuttle service was another disappointment. We were initially told there was a beach shuttle, only to find out the next day that it wasn’t running. Instead, we were offered a taxi for $15 each way—an unexpected and frustrating change. The service is very friendly and kind, but lacks attention to detail. Expect to ask multiple times for water, silverware, or any request, with long wait times for even simple things. The rooms deserve 4 stars—they are overall clean, and it’s worth upgrading to an ocean and pool view. However, the bedding is very basic, with multiple-layered comforters that shift around, making for an inconsistent sleeping experience. Additionally, shower gel was never restocked during our stay. With better attention to detail and faster, more consistent service, this could easily be a top-tier hotel. As it stands, it’s a beautiful but occasionally frustr
