酒店员工英语都很流利。酒店离京都站很近。公共区域给我留下了深刻的印象，可以放松休息、看电影、喝咖啡或茶。楼下有微波炉和投币式洗衣机/烘干机。

No need to worry if you can't speak Japanese, because most of the staff are foreigners, so they are able to speak in English. You can even cook your meal in this hotel since they have a public kitchen in the basement, and you can use it freely. You can wash your clothes also in the basement with their coin washing machine. Definitely will stay in Tune Stay Kyoto if we visit Kyoto in the future.

Staff hotel yang sangat ramah, profesional dan sangat membantu. Fasilitas hotel yang sangat lengkap, dan nuansa hotel yang sangat homey, ditambah dengan jarak hotel yang dekat dengan convenient store dan adanya banyak opsi tempat-tempat makan di area tersebut, menambah pengalaman yang berkesan selama menginap 3 hari 2 malam di Tune Stay Kyoto. Semoga bisa kembali lagi ke sini saat berlibur ke Kyoto.

No cleaning service, no personal slippers (although we can use shared slippers but I think that's gross, there's shared pillow too which I won't take it either), the room was too small. The good part is the library is beautiful.
