They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made traveling the city and airport easy.

Location in central part of the city with easy access to museums parks shopping and restaurants

When we arrived, the property inside was nice and clean, outside was dirty with garbage and many homeless on the sidewalks leading to the property. Once we were inside, the desk service informed that we would have to pay for luggage storage for the time up to check-in at 2pm (though Expedia lists this as an amenity without charge), no early check in options available. Once in our FIRST room, things were okay until we used the bathroom. The toilet was broken and only flushed once before the handle fell off the wall. Staff was very kind to move us to a different room with a better view, thankfully! Hotel staff did not clean the room each day, but were helpful in providing additional towels and TP when requested. Aside from that, everything was average.

The hotel was great, unfortunately is São Paulo every time you step outside of the hotel is not safe but the hotel is great and is located close to many historical buildings

Overall, we had a great stay. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. The room was very narrow for 2 people with 4 bags and no where to really put them. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Good location as well.

Sempre fico lá pq é ótimo custo benefício e muito limpo e organizado, café da manhã muito bom. Único inconveniente é o estacionamento do Jô que é terceirizado e achei um valor alto para hóspede

Hotel acessível é bom, só o sistema de ar condicionado central com saída para cama não foi uma boa proposta, além de que se desconfigurava a todo momento. Café bom.

Otima. A localizacao nao é das melhores, mas recebi um upgrade de quarto.

Hotel surpreendete, muito bem localizado, proximo da estacao do metro e da rua 25 de março. Super indico.

Infelizmente tive alguns problemas na estadia, mas o atendimento foi incrível, principalmente pela atendente Regiane que fez de tudo para nos ajudar. Acabou a luz em SP por um instante, mas o ar condicionado não funcionou a noite toda. a limpeza do quarto poderia ser melhor, tem que pagar pra deixar as malas no maleiro. Mas o café da manhã é bom, os atendentes maravilhosos, o quarto é um pouco pequeno.

Local excelente, limpo, novo café da manhã bom atendimento do pessoal nota 10 .

Foi uma estadia funcional. São muito rigidos com horario de check in nao tendo nenhuma flexibilização nem de 30min, limpeza do quarto nao houve reposicao de tapete piso e toalha de rosto, mesmo reclamando nao colocaram. Café da manha sem talheres pois nao davam vazao de repor. Recepcao incrivelmente cheia com mais de 1h em pé para fazer o check-in.
