Staff is very friendly and very helpful. They gave me a great tour on a moto of the surrounding tourist sites, cooked me delicious breakfast every morning, and gave me some free wine every night. My room was clean, toilet and shower works great, and plenty of hot water. The surrounding city/village is beautiful. They assisted me in booking my next bus to Sapa village.

Great stay, lovely family loved the upper balcony to relax after full packed days of hiking and visiting. Mom was very friendly and her laughter was contagious. Her son spoke English and seemed to check I often to see if all was good. Highly recommend this place for its comfort and cleanliness and kindness.
