Gorgeous, hardworking, great staff. Grounds, 3 pool areas beautifully landscaped, groomed, water perfectly clean. Feeling of vast spacious leisure. Hard for taxis to find, hidden in Lagoon area, but so cheap! Safe. Town 5 min away. Wish had functioning restaurant or café but can call for take-out, very cooperative.

La habitación doble amplia, limpia y confortable.. la atención de recepción excelente así como el servicio de limpieza..Lo q si está mal muy mal es q alrededor de las piscinas y en el interior de la piscina había huéspedes tomando alimentos y bebidas y a la vez tapando con sus hieleras, sillas, camastros y con sus platos con comida los pasillo para transitar y pasar y a la vez tenían basura alrededor de la piscina .. ojalá y pusieran más atención al área de la piscina...

Muy limpio, amplio, agradable muy buen servicio precio acuerdo con las instalaciones si volveria a hospedarme. Me gustaria que tuviera servicio de alimentos

Tiene habitaciones cómodas y una alberca fabulosas.

The pool was nice but they only turned on the water slide once in 3 days

The pools were very pretty & clean. The temperature of the water was great. The common areas were also kept very clean. When we had a concern about something, the manager dealt with it right away. My only complaint is that the bed was rock hard.

La experiencia fue buena en general, sin embargo, hubo una confusión debido a que el pago con tarjeta no lo tenían registrado en la computadora del hotel y eso fue muy incómodo, hasta que se hizo la aclaración vía telefónica con Hoteles.com.

The best place , all room very clean , the service is the best

Very disappointing stay. Hard to locate on a very rough gravel drive with no signage. Seems like a resort that was built and never finished. Tiny room. No soap or shampoo. The bed was comfortable and pool was nice but overall was generally unsatisfactory. Room was clean but no refrig., no drinking water, and wifi didn't reach my room. I left after 4 nights and forfeited my last two prepaid nights. Obviously, I would not recommend this hotel until it is finished and they have their act together. I booked another hotel to get out of this disappointment.

Room had so much cockroach spray I couldn't breath. No mini fridge, no chairs on the patio. The guy at the front desk and owner told me I could cancel my reservation and he'd okay it with expedia, they didn't.
